To produce satisfied constituents we will solicit consistent public critique. How are we doing? What could we be doing better? What should we be looking at? Have we dropped the ball on anything? I will guarantee 72 hr. response time to all constituents.

In addition to monthly accountability meetings I will also maintain both an online complaint/suggestion box as well as a physical one at the district office and city hall. This box will be compiled weekly and all constituents can expect a reply within 7 days.

I will conduct public community conference calls on a monthly basis in conjunction with the monthly community meetings and accountability meetings. In addition I will also organize conference calls when a specific issue arises around issues of concern in the city, for example; violence, education, development, etc.
