Boston Police Kiosk Downtown Crossing

Based on identified hot spots
The Boston Police Department has identified several hotspots throughout District 7. I propose and have been suggesting for at least 5 yrs. that the City of Boston place kiosks in these areas.
This will serve to:
A) Maintain a community presence
B) Allay neighborhood fears
C) Provide a point for citizens to report w/blue emergency phone
D) Provide a point for Bicycle Officers to regroup
E) Provide a point for Beat Officers to regroup
